Shipping policy


We ship worldwide* with DHL Express and within Norway with Posten/Bring & DHL Domestic.

(The options will change based on your zip code).

You can also choose to pick up your order at byTiMo Concept Store, located at Bogstadveien 30 in Oslo.

*Please note that we are unable to offer shipping to New Zealand and Australia. If you are interested in buying our products, please contact our distributor and they will help you find a local retailer.

Estimated delivery:
Norway: 1-4 days
Europe: 1- 5 days
Rest of world: 2-6 days

NB! During busy sales periods, the delivery can take a few days longer.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY:
Order before the following dates to receive your items in time for Christmas:

  • Norway: December 18th.

  • Nordics (Sweden, Finland & Iceland): December 18th.

  • All other countries: December 14th.

Taxes & VAT:
We ship “DTP/DDP” (Duty taxes paid) to most countries, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the shipment.

Larger Homeware Shipment:
Our larger furniture & homeware products will have an additional cost added to the freight price. Our costumer service team will contact you after your purchase to arrange the shipment.

ORDER TRACKING DHL


Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while your purchase is on its way to you. You will receive an SMS / E-mail notification after your order has been dispatched, follow the link provided and choose from a range of options including:

  • Rescheduling your delivery for a nominated day

  • Placing your shipment on hold if you are away from home

  • Arranging to collect your order from a DHL service point


ORDER TRACKING POSTEN


You will receive an E-mail / SMS notification after your order has been dispatched, follow the link provided and then you can see when the package will be delivered to the chosen destination.

Regarding returns and exchanges we have a 14 days return policy.

Additionally, all cost regarding return shipments has to be covered by the buyer. This cost will be withdrawn when refunding the item(s). The amount is listed on the return slip, and may vary based on the shipping method and country.

Pick Up in store

Pick up your order in our Concept Store in Bogstadveien 30, 0355 Oslo.

You can pick up your order in our Concept Store every business days from 09.00 - 17.00 & 10.00-18.00 on Saturdays.
If the door is closed, just ring the bell and we will assist you.
