You have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return item(s). If you want to make a return or exchange the product please contact us at returns@bytimo.com.

It is possible to check out as a guest. However, if you do want to create an account, you will get the opportunity to save your order history and you can find tracking numbers for current orders.

We aim at shipping all orders that are confirmed before 11am (CET) on the same day. Orders placed after that will be shipped on the following business day. (During sales periods delays may occur). See more information about delivery here.

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. The link will be activated when the carrier has received and scanned your shipment, which is why the link may not show any details before this step. If you have an account, you can also log in and find the tracking number in your Account.

Please note, that if you change your shipping country during checkout, this may affect which currency you pay in.

The currencies that it is possible to pay in is:

You can choose from following payment methods:

  • Klarna

  • Klarna Pay later (Only Nordic countries)

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • VIPPS (Norway only)

When your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. You can expect to receive a refund within two weeks after we recieve your return.

If you experience any damage to the garment, before its even worn, please contact us immediately, with attached images and we will guide you through the process.The contact information is listed in the bottom of this page.

We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and with all their tags attached. Our garments are delicate, so please try them on with care. Garments that are not in a condition suitable for resale will not be accepted (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged). If an order is returned after these 14 days, without it being approved by byTiMo in advanced, it will not be accepted. If you still are unsure if the return is valid, please contact us.
